A little history…

Wesley Eaton grew up in Eastern, New Mexico where ranching was part of childhood. He went on to graduate from New Mexico State University with a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree. After working for NMSU for several years he decided to make his side cattle business his full-time job. Wesley’s wife, Elizabeth Eaton and teenage daughter can often be found working on the ranch with Wesley. They three Eaton’s take care of the day to day operations.

Wesley took over Bishop Cap Ranch in 2014 full-time and has followed a holistic rotational grazing program and watched their cattle grow in their natural Southern NM environment.

The Eaton’s take pride in the ranch to table mentality with all-natural, grass-fed beef. In addition, all meat is hormone and antibiotic free ensuring you eat the best quality beef. Our ranch is American Grass-Fed certified and keeps up with the requirements placed by AGA. We also offer a grain fed finished all-natural, hormone and antibiotic free beef.
